summary & notes: House and Cuddy ended a relationship together quite some time ago, they were both hurt by the fallout, and they both miss what they had and regret what they lost. While this isn't based on cuddys_house, it's kind of inspired by in that what if House and Cuddy had a relationship and it fell to pieces. How would they be affected by that? I tried to put a lot of emphasis on nostalgia and them missing what they had by using lots of snapshots to capture moments in their relationship. Um. So two out of three of the pain people are gone for the weekend, and Raffi was a good boy, answered my email, but can he get the written script for my meds out before everything closes for the holiday weekend? That seems to be the challenge of the day.

That and I woke up hacking up a lung (and I was doing so well with the whole cold thing) and not being able to talk very well/at all. Just croaking. At least I'll be able to be quiet today with reason (lol can't talk) and hopefully be able to concentrate on planning out my JLPT study schedule, now that I'm registered.

Oh well. At least there's two episodes of Bones on tonight (that I haven't seen, since they were at the end of S3 and I'm only half done watching S3), yay. :3 And then premiere is next week. That's something to look forward to. Delicious Bones~ <3.

Today I must send out my bills, go to the gym, do my laundry, and in effect, get my freakin' crap back together. For some reason, so far this week I have slaaaaaacked. And I'd say I have this weekend to myself, but HEY, I DON'T, because my aunt and uncle are coming up with Noah to bring him to PSU and I might have to play chauffeur/tour guide.

Mind you, it's Aunt Ro Jean-Marie and Uncle Pete. And I haven't seen them since Thanksgiving. So that'll be good.

I dunno, I'm kind of in a state of "bleah, do not want". Also, I STILL haven't gotten to write about the anniversary trip, or this past weekend. MMF. Too much crap to do, not enough time.

This plane was in Lake Biwa until the 1970s when they finally decided to fish it out. I wonder where in Biwa it was located.

I really want a DSLR but I know I will likely never be able to afford (ie: justify buying one for myself) one :( Even if I did have one, I wonder if I would use it enough to justify the cost.

So, today was pretty interesting-- and I am mind-numbingly tired.

Got up at 5:40, showered, dressed, and booked it to the Daily Grind-- not so much to unwind-- OH ON THE CONTRARY-- but I had a good time, pretty much rubbing my awesomeness all over that place.

Doesn't change the fact that it's 4:50, I have 2.5 hours left to work, and I'm beat.

--and as far as my boss is concerned, here at RMP, I will not be getting paid. So I'm at work this week, for nothing. Pretty much, except to bust and break my ass into itty-bits and set up all this tech nonsense.

I will be broke for Labor Day weekend, I might even be broke for my birthday-- who knows.

The 1st of September is my one year in Florida... Ahhhh... mein gott, what a year.

seaside_daisy put up this meme in her LJ and I thought it was a really cool idea, seeing I'm on a music mix making craze atm: create the Soundtrack of Your Life, and post the mix in your own journal.

Lol I spent way longer on this than I should have. I wasn't sure whether to do a mix about the stuff I'm interested in, or a mix about the stuff that's happened in my life. I ended up going with the latter. For each song I listed under the cut, I ended up writing a little something about particular/significant points in my life and why the song correlates in some way. This mix ended up way more depressing than I expected it to. lmao.
